The communication was great everyone was always there for us every step of the way. Whenever we had a question we knew we could call and patrick would either answer right away or call us back within minutes. It took a lot of stress out of this whole thing. You guys were the 2nd lender we used due to the first one having no communication and repeatedly messing things up and not telling us certain things. We're extremely happy we switched to Annie mac you guys were amazing.

Patrick and his team made me feel comfortable with the whole process. There was never any "stupid" questions as a first time home buyer and they were available to help me pretty much any time I needed it. The online process was also very easy to use and convenient considering my profession and how busy I generally am. I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish and they were very transparent and honest with me from the beginning to the very end. Would definitely recommend their services, especially to first time home buyers.
